While you are optimistic & charged for the year, note that not all things will go as planned. Not every plan will work as desired. Not every promise will be kept. Not every effort will pay off immediately. Resources will not be enough. Your presence may not be appropriated. Something somewhere may take an uneventful turn. You may find your redirection or changing. You must be ready for shifts & adjustments. Some things might also turn out better than you expected. Life may surprise you with something beyond what you expected or invested. Go in with an open mind. It will come in handy in helping you manage the situations and outcomes.
